About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Plan, manage, and track projects from kickoff to completion

• Coordinate tasks across teams to ensure smooth collaboration

• Set timelines, monitor progress, and manage resources effectively

• Communicate with stakeholders and keep everyone aligned

• Identify risks and resolve issues before they impact deadlines

• Keep documentation and project tools up to date

• Drive efficiency, accountability, and team focus

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in project management

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with project management tools (like Asana)

• Ability to work cross-functionally with creatives, developers, and clients

• Detail-oriented mindset with a flexible, problem-solving attitude
