About the Role:
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll drive the design vision, strategy, and execution for our digital products. Working alongside a cross-functional team of developers, product managers, and marketers, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Strategy & Leadership:

   • Define and implement design systems, patterns, and guidelines

2. User Research & Testing:

   • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather insights

3. UI/UX Execution:

   • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-leading tools

   • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specs

   • Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and user behavior analytics

4. Team Mentorship & Collaboration:

   • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support

   • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals

   • Foster a culture of openness, creativity, and continuous learning
